idea
The Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) is the national federation for basketball in Turkey and one of the biggest federations in Europe. Our team spent the last years setting industry standards for TBF, thanks to our integrated model and our core service pillars of research, strategy, development, measurement and maintenance. Creating a multifaceted platform to organize and manage 2000 matches weekly, our aim was to follow matches, players, referees, statistics and scores in real-time.
the
challenge
Turkey Basketball Federation is one of the largest and most dynamic sports organizations in Turkey with over 30 thousand people playing the sport each year within the federation. The Project envisioned handling data in a safe, secure and fastest manner while ensuring game scores are on the right track for basketball fans. We created a research plan covering three principal areas: the on-court product, revenue generation and organization structure and governance.

solution
Using the latest software technology and data management systems, we developed a website and a mobile app that shows live scores and stats of games to basketball lovers. Platforms continuously update themselves to reflect user engagement such as showing your favourite player or team stats and instant news. By improving brand loyalty, establishing trust, driving lead generation and ultimately, we built a user-friendly custom website and a mobile application that enables users and admin panel to safely interact and connect with the organization.
